Returns Policy

Returns

If for some reason you think that an item you've purchased from our online store is faulty please contact us through Ebay messaging before returning the item. We will try to resolve issues. In most cases problems are usually due to use error and can be fixed remotely.

Faulty items will be replaced or refunded as long as contact is made within the first seven days of following purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning faulty goods to us. We will pay the shipping for returning replacement goods.

Please note that item warranty card and purchase receipt must be included with an item.

Refunds:

If the item is simply unwanted (i.e. no fault) it needs to be returned as new with the packaging un-opened. We will refund the cost of the item minus a 20% restocking fee. We will not be able to refund the original shipping costs as we've already incurred the costs ourselves when sending your order. You will be required to pay the shipping costs when returning items back to us.

All intended returns should be notified to us by email within seven days of receipt of the goods. Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package.
